We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via instagram @xxalamander with details of the product and the defect. We do not issue cash refunds. In store credit for the value of the item will be given to customers in the case or receiving defective garments. We do not refund items purely for length of time it takes to ship; as Xalamander is sewn, created, curated and shipped by a one man team.
